Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use AI Hairstyler. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Previews Are Simulations
Generated images show how a cut, color, or edit might look. They are not a guarantee of a salon or barber result. Skin reports and stylist advice are cosmetic guidance, not medical or professional advice.
Who Can Use the App
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.
Your Photos
Only add photos of yourself or of people who have agreed. You keep the rights to your photos. You give us permission to process them only to provide the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Pro Weekly and Pro Annual are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm. A subscription renews automatically at the price and period shown before purchase unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your store account settings (on iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Credits
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits are used to make new looks, never expire, and have no cash value. Each tool shows its cost before you use it. If a look fails to generate, its credits are returned. Credits are lost if you delete your account.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Refund requests go through them (for the App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com).
Acceptable Use
Do not use AI Hairstyler to edit photos of people without their consent, to create sexual, abusive, or deceptive content, to impersonate anyone, to break the law, or to get around credits, payments, or security.
Copyright
If you believe content in the app infringes your copyright, email hello@aihairstyler.app with the work, where it appears, your contact details, and a statement that you are authorized to act. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
Availability
Generation can occasionally fail or take longer than expected. We may change, add, or remove features and prices; price changes for subscriptions follow the App Store and Google Play rules.
Ending Your Account
You can delete your account anytime in Profile › Settings › Delete account & data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
