Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your AI Hairstyler account and associated data from inside the app or by contacting support through this page.
How to Request Deletion
In the app, open Profile › Settings › Delete account & data. This deletes your account right away. If you can no longer sign in, email hello@aihairstyler.app from the address you used for your account, with the subject: Delete my AI Hairstyler account.
What We Delete
Your profile, uploaded photos, generated looks, saved favorites, skin reports, credits, and sign-in account. Chats and settings saved on your phone are cleared when you delete from the app.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records required for purchase history, tax, chargeback, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention.
Timing
We aim to process deletion requests promptly after verifying account ownership. If we need more information to verify the request, we will contact you at your account email.
Subscriptions and Store Purchases
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage active subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
